David was a wonderful lawyer; I hired him to defend me in a DUI case when I had no idea where to begin. I called him and within 10 minutes of speaking over the phone I knew he was the one I wanted to defend my case. David was reassuring and calmed my nerves about what was going to happen. I hired David Bednar to defend me in a couple of cases, during a very hard time on my life. Finally, he is a man with a heart the size of Texas, which I would have never known had he not defended me as a person and just treated me, as many attorney's do, like a common criminal with a litany of shameful behaviors which landed me in a courtroom. I found David Bednar on the NORML website being that I was charge for DDUI and criminal speeding, not to mention the hefty fine on top of everything else. I went with my choice and found that Jeff (receptionist) was well educated with everything pertaining to my charges. I knew from that point on I w...as in great hands.
