Biography
Since his admission to practice in 2000, Mr. Deguire has dedicated the majority of his practice to the representation of parents and children in high conflict and complex divorce and custody cases. He also handles many relocation and conflicting jurisdiction cases where at least one parent attempts to move out of state, or where there are multiple cases pending in different states, where child custody and visitation issues are at stake. Despite his commitment and dedication to the effective representation of each and every one of his clients going through a multitude of adversarial family law issues, he is also cognizant of the stress and emotional turmoil many clients and children experience during such cases. For this reason, each and every case is carefully analyzed and approached in a way to minimize ongoing conflict while maximizing the needs and results for each and every client.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with
Mr. Deguire helped me through my divorce and some very difficult matters following my divorce involving my ex-wife. He has the experience and knowledge needed to take care of his clients needs and is able to get the fair and just outcomes deserved by his clients.
