I first met Brendon in 2013 at a yard sale being conducted by the daughters of a client whose home I had listed for sale. He just showed up in support of the ladies, for whose father he had created a trust. I mentioned to him that I had been putting off creating a trust, and he offered his services "...when I was ready." About two years later, I called him and asked for his assistance. During the interim, he had relocated his practice from Show Low to Snowflake, but he insisted that he drive to Show Low for our first meeting. He explained the various types of trusts to us, along with the benefits or detriments of each. He explained in detail what we should consider including in our trust, and what we might choose to omit. Before our next meeting about two weeks later (at his office in Snowflake, and my wife and I were happy to make the drive!), Brendon called in two or three times to check on our progress. When I had questions or needed clarification, he was quick to respond either by phone or email. He was helpful, but firm in his position that we were accountable to provide him with what he needed to get the job done. On May 13, 2015, The "Johnson Family Revocable Trust dated May 13, 2015" was recorded with Navajo County, Arizona and became an official entity. My wife and I are now at ease knowing Brendon has helped us smooth the transition for our kids and grandkids. We have subsequently recommended Brendon without hesitation to several friends and business associates. I'm typically not a big fan of attorneys in general (read as "I don't much care fore them"), but Brendon Rogers is an exception. Mr. Rogers prepared our Living Trust and was most helpful and understanding to our needs and wants. He went out of his way to meet us when it was "convenient" for us. We are quite a few miles/hours away and he made it work. My husband had known Mr. Rogers prior to being a lawyer and when it was time ...to do our trusts, we turned to Mr. Rogers.
