Brendon did a Trust for me, I was totally unfamiliar with Trusts, and he helped me to understand them and what needed to be done after the Trust itself was done. He is helpful, answers questions, keeps appointments and I will continue to use him even though I have moved out of state since he willing ...to help me.

Mr. Rodgers was recommended to me when my Mom and Dad passed away and it was time to take care of the estate. I'm from out of state and needed some one that I could depend on to handle the estate on my behalf. I contacted Mr. Rodger and explained everything to him, he quoted me a price and explained ...what was going to take place. He took care of all the paper work and filing that's was required and I was made the PR for mom and dads estate. Mr. Rodgers was on top of everything, I was receiving emails and phone calls every time something took place to keep me up to date. He successfully completed what we agreed on and stuck to the fee.

He arranged for the house and yard to be cleaned up and eventually sold, and charged very minimal and fairly for everything he did. Really felt like he treated me like family. Great man, knows his stuff and gets the job done with integrity.

Brendon Rogers has provided several outstanding services to us over the past few years, including a Guardian/Conservatorship for my elderly dad, Durable Healthcare Power Of Attorney/ Living Will for my mom, a Family Trust, and others. We are always impressed with Brendon's knowledge and expert ab...ility to guide and advise us through each step and proceeding. The necessary documents are very professionally drawn up and Brendon takes the time to recap and explain each one, page by page. He is very patient to re-explain things we didn't understand, and I especially appreciate him taking complicated legal matters and explaining them in layman's terms. He is great to work with, very pleasant, and never in too big of a hurry to answer our questions. The court proceeding for the Guardian/Conservatorship was a breeze...Brendon had every paper (and there were a lot of them) in perfect order, and he communicated proficiently to the Judge and brought everything to completion in the space of about 5 minutes! We were very impressed. Finding Brendon was an answer to our prayers, and we have been more than pleased with his services. These days it's hard to find someone who you can trust with such personal matters, and it's refreshing to find someone with such integrity and expertise in their field who is also very personable. I hired Mr. Rogers to represent me in an situation dealing with a will. This process was very emotional and stressful for me.
