Stephanie Linden Rascher

I ended up getting Stephanie about a year ago about 2 years into my case at that point. she jumped in with a quickness and did her best for being thrown in so late in the case. she is definitely a lawyer you would want on your side!!! I truly honestly think my case would have not gone as far as it di...d if I would have had her from the start, I know 100%!!!! she was in constant communication with me, always checking in and keeping me informed. she cares about her job and really wants to help. she made me feel very comfortable to express myself she actually listened and didn't treat me like I was a inconvenience. she is very organized and knowledgeable she surprised me with every hearing we had even when I wasn't doing my best she still tried her best to help. I appreciate all what she has done for me and my family. she was appointed to me because I don't have the funds to hire a lawyer and that didn't make her treat my case any different. if I did have the money she would be worth every penny to represent me in court.if you want a great lawyer talk to Stephanie you won't regret it I promise!!!

From Stephanie's first phone call, she was an incredible and competent advocate for our foster placement kid. She was always looking out for his best and she communicated often and clearly. In trial, she was always poised and prepared as well as a kind support for my family. I can't recommend Stephan...ie enough.

I was very fortunate to have Stephanie as my attn in an unfortunate situation, I was definitely a bit timid when I started looking for reviews and much to my surprise didn’t see a single one! On edge to say the least however did she prove otherwise when it came to trial talk about passive aggressive,... did she prove them all came in semi silent and just tore up the court room! Lawyers with 20plus years on the team and all they could do was agree (in a good way) She’s definitely one that has you on your toes the entire time but Good God she means EVERYTHING SHE SAYS NO BS IN HER WORD!! I Have recommended Mrs. Rascher to others whom were in a spot similar to mine and have all been very impressed with her advice as well as her price! Highly recommended on so many levels! I can’t thank you Enough Mrs. Rascher for the nearly 6 months of a fight you put up for me!! 5star for sure
