Here's my as condensed as possible testimony about Nathan Leonardo. I had zero criminal history prior to finding myself in a very serious criminal case. Since I do not live in Arizona (I'm on the east coast) and was facing 9 felony charges, a few of which were mandatory prison sentences, I needed the... absolute best attorney Tucson had to offer. And the judge did! I was given a 4 year probation sentence with the ability to have it terminated at 50% time served. I have to believe that Nathan had to have some influence on this decision too. This was/is a major and horrific experience and I was able to find some kind of peace throughout, knowing I was being represented by the best. I know this is a lot to read but it is well deserved and I hope I am able to help someone else make the right choice for the best representation in a difficult situation. I was scared to death. I had never been charged a DUI or DWI ever before. I was afraid it would be a blemish on my driving record that would never go away.
