Very Helpful
When I reached out to Ms. Turchik, Esq., leaving a telephone message, she responded immediately the day of. I was actually surprised about how fast she responded to my voice message, given the short notice that I provided her given the urgency of my pending legal matter. In turn, we had a very pro...

She's One of the Good Ones...Highly Recommend Her

Very helpful
I can't state enough how grateful I was to have had Merle by my side through a recent legal matter. She was exceedingly knowledgeable and also honest and straight forward with me. Her rates were more than fair. Everything was done timely and the communication was great.

Not worth the consultation fee
She listened sympathetically about my charges of discrimination and unjustified termination. She stated that she needed to research intermittent FMLA and then contacted me back stating that the case just wasn’t worth enough, and I could represent myself. If I wanted to represent myself...why would I ...
Because I determined that you did not qualify for FMLA, I thought you would spend more more money in attorney's fees than you were likely to get from the employer. That was the only reason I suggested that you represent yourself. Please contact me off-line to see if I can resolve any misunderstanding.
