Mr. Heckele is the best
In 2015, I was blindsided with a judgment in a nasty tentant-landlord (I was the tenant) dispute. I called multiple firms and organizations, and was hitting a wall repeatedly until a Maricopa-based lawyer advised me to find a good real estate lawyer in my county. "I have known Mark since we were in law school together. He is creative, thinks outside the box, cares about his clients and services their needs well."
"Mark Heckele and I represented adverse clients on a real estate matter. While we were both tenacious advocates for our clients' respective positions, Mark was at all times respectful, cooperative, and courteous. At a mediation for the case, I was thoroughly impressed with Mark's ability to project a sense of calm and order over what had become an increasingly heated dispute. While he was clearly very well prepared and knew the facts of the case and the applicable law inside and out, perhaps his greatest skill was his ability to take the discord out of a dispute. The parties reached a mutually agreeable settlement. Often, when parties enter a settlement agreement, neither party feels like they really got what they wanted. In this case however, Mark was instrumental in making both sides feel like they won. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have sent many clients to Mark for help with contracts, business purchases, business acquisitions, etc... They have all had good things to say about him. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable."
