Purchase/Sell Agreement for Trust Real Estate

Mark Heckele did a thorough job of creating all the legal paperwork I needed as a co-trustee to complete a purchase agreement for my mothers property. He was timely, courteous and answered all my questions. It also was far less hassle and less expensive then going through a real estate agent. Thank y...ou Mark!

Law Suit over rental property

My wife and I were referred to Mark by a realtor and originally consulted with him on several occasions over the past several years concerning our rental property. We were considering letting the property go into foreclosure for a number of personal reasons. He gave us clear options for us to make ...an informed decision on how to proceed. We decided to stop payment on the house and let it go into foreclosure. During this process, we consulted with him again to get some clarity on issues we had with the process and he answered all questions and explained in terms that we understood how to continue. The process has taken over 2 years total, and at the beginning of this year (2017), we were served with papers from the bank that a dispute over the description of the property was in question. At this point, we hired Mark to assist with the legal aspect of the banks filing. In what seemed like a complicated issue, Mark was able to settle the issue with the bank and get us out from under the legal aspect of the case. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our consultations and easy to work with. He exceeded all of our expectations in the final out come of our situation. Thank you Mark for all your assistance in what was a very stressful time.

Mr. Heckele is the best

In 2015, I was blindsided with a judgment in a nasty tentant-landlord (I was the tenant) dispute. I called multiple firms and organizations, and was hitting a wall repeatedly until a Maricopa-based lawyer advised me to find a good real estate lawyer in my county. Again, more calls and patience were n...eeded. In the meantime, papers were rolling and my wages were in the process of being garnished. It was the start of a real nightmare, and I felt no one was listening to MY side of the case. When I finally called and spoke with Mr. Heckele he was immediately down-to-earth, rational, patient, intelligent and he 'cuts through the butter' - He doesn't parade around facts, and waste time. After hearing the status of the case in tandem with the timing, he quickly proposed an agreement, and clearly stated the pro's, con's (risks) and timeline for me. His fee(s) were clearly stated and written and shared with me so that I could review everything thoroughly, and he asked me to call him if I ever had a question. I can tell you, I don't call if I don't have something to call about - But each and every time I called, Mr. Heckele was available to speak with me, or called back within an hour. Same thing with email response time - He and his colleagues (firm) are extremely courteous, responsive and kind. I had the best attorney experience ever with Mr. Heckele and if I ever am asked who to call, it will be him (his firm). The money and time are worth it, and I am very very thankful I found their contact information when I did. OUTCOME: Case was mitigated/closed sooner than I imagined/expected, and very happy with the agreement and results!

The rare combination of legal knowledge and business accumen.

I found Mark over the internet looking for a real estate attorney in Tucson to represent me in a possible business traction. Not to denigrate the legal profession, but it is very rare to find an attorney with the combination of real estate knowledge, business acumen and legal transactional skills. ... Mark's work was very timely and his fees were reasonable. I especially appreciate his honesty if he didn't have specific knowledge of a aspect of the law and recommending external expertise. I have gotten to know Mark on a personal level and truly admire his work ethics and values. I can strong recommend Mark Heckele. I am available if a prospective client would like to discuss my positive experience with Mark.

Real estate lawyer | Apr 29

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Mark Heckele and I represented adverse clients on a real estate matter. While we were both tenacious advocates for our clients' respective positions, Mark was at all times respectful, cooperative, and courteous. At a mediation for the case, I was thoroughly impressed with Mark's ability to project a sense of calm and order over what had become an increasingly heated dispute. While he was clearly very well prepared and knew the facts of the case and the applicable law inside and out, perhaps his greatest skill was his ability to take the discord out of a dispute. The parties reached a mutually agreeable settlement. Often, when parties enter a settlement agreement, neither party feels like they really got what they wanted. In this case however, Mark was instrumental in making both sides feel like they won. I endorse this lawyer."
