Great Attorney with Integrity and Knowledge of Collection Law

I hired Mark to collect a debt owed to me. Mark went over my situation, answered my questions and explained the complete process prior to hiring him to be my lawyer. Mark methodically briefed me and kept me fully informed during the whole progression of my lawsuit and case. It was a pleasure worki...ng with Mark to resolve my claim against the people that owed money to me on a past due debt. Mark worked with me to recover this debt and worked on a fair settlement with the defendants before the case when to a trial. Unfortunately the defendants were not reasonable and the case had to be resolved by the court. Mark obtained a default judgement for me that included my legal fees and interest on the unpaid debt. I would hire Mark again as he was very straight with me through the entire progression of my case. His entire office staff was polite and pleasant to work with. I consider Mark to have utmost integrity and a being that makes him an excellent attorney. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my lawsuit. My thanks goes to Mark Heckele.

Mr. Heckele is the best

In 2015, I was blindsided with a judgment in a nasty tentant-landlord (I was the tenant) dispute. I called multiple firms and organizations, and was hitting a wall repeatedly until a Maricopa-based lawyer advised me to find a good real estate lawyer in my county. Again, more calls and patience were n...eeded. In the meantime, papers were rolling and my wages were in the process of being garnished. It was the start of a real nightmare, and I felt no one was listening to MY side of the case. When I finally called and spoke with Mr. Heckele he was immediately down-to-earth, rational, patient, intelligent and he 'cuts through the butter' - He doesn't parade around facts, and waste time. After hearing the status of the case in tandem with the timing, he quickly proposed an agreement, and clearly stated the pro's, con's (risks) and timeline for me. His fee(s) were clearly stated and written and shared with me so that I could review everything thoroughly, and he asked me to call him if I ever had a question. I can tell you, I don't call if I don't have something to call about - But each and every time I called, Mr. Heckele was available to speak with me, or called back within an hour. Same thing with email response time - He and his colleagues (firm) are extremely courteous, responsive and kind. I had the best attorney experience ever with Mr. Heckele and if I ever am asked who to call, it will be him (his firm). The money and time are worth it, and I am very very thankful I found their contact information when I did. OUTCOME: Case was mitigated/closed sooner than I imagined/expected, and very happy with the agreement and results!

Real estate lawyer | Apr 29

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Mark Heckele and I represented adverse clients on a real estate matter. While we were both tenacious advocates for our clients' respective positions, Mark was at all times respectful, cooperative, and courteous. At a mediation for the case, I was thoroughly impressed with Mark's ability to project a sense of calm and order over what had become an increasingly heated dispute. While he was clearly very well prepared and knew the facts of the case and the applicable law inside and out, perhaps his greatest skill was his ability to take the discord out of a dispute. The parties reached a mutually agreeable settlement. Often, when parties enter a settlement agreement, neither party feels like they really got what they wanted. In this case however, Mark was instrumental in making both sides feel like they won. I endorse this lawyer."
