Miriam R Kennedy

Miriam R. Kennedy is an attorney at law with over 30 years of practice experience. She practiced in San Diego, California from 1985 to 1994 and since then, she practices at Tucson law firm, Kennedy Law Firm, P.L.C.  She is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, Pima County Bar Association, the Probate and Trusts Law Bar Sections of the Arizona State Bar Association and Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council.  Ms. Kennedy is also a member of business and other organizations and is past chair of the Mental Health and  Solo & Small Firms Sections of the State Bar.  She is a past board member of  the Arizona Fiduciaries Association.   Ms. Kennedy gives many volunteer hours at legal clinics through the Pima Council on Aging and to speak to groups in the community about the areas of law in which she practices.
