You are probably judgement proof so any judgement against is virtually worthless.

I think it is reasonable to await a ruling on your motion to vacate prior to compound with subpoena.

The decree of dissolution controls. So if it's not ordered I don't think she is entitled to it.

You want them to agree to a Stipulation for Dismissal. Send the attorney the money and he should prepare the paperwork and file it with the court....
