Biography
I am a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law, and I have been practicing in Tucson ever since. Before law school I attended Brigham Young University and studied Bioinformatics. While in law school I also earned a MS in Genetics from the University of Arizona. With my legal training, diverse technical background, and 10 years of experience in the software and hardware industry, I offer business client's a unique understanding of technology and the life sciences.
I handle matters in the following areas: Intellectual properties (patent, trade mark, copyright, and trade secrets); business strategy and formation; commercial real estate; commercial litigation, bankruptcy; and estate planning.
When I'm outside of the office, my wife and I take an active role in the community. For example: we help run a local nonprofit youth athletics program together with a few of our friends and neighbors
