David J Diamond

As a young attorney, I learned that I tremendously enjoyed helping injured clients and that I was good at it. Over the years, I have been fortunate to have helped many people get through difficult times. While most cases are not million dollar cases, I have worked hard to help clients obtain many multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts in trucking, school bus, explosion, bad faith insurance, and carbon monoxide poisoning cases. Most recently during the summer of 2017, my client received a $150 million jury verdict in a defective drug case. 

I have an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell (the highest peer and judiciary rated professional and ethical ranking), and I have been peer selected to Best Lawyers in America, Top Lawyers in Arizona, Best Lawyers in Tucson, and Southwest Super Lawyers. I am a member of the Tucson Rotary Club and activley involved with two consumer protection organizations: the American Association for Justice and the Arizona Association for Justice. I am the current president of the Arizona Association for Justice and on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice. I am a past chair of the American Association for Justice’s Bad Faith Litigation Group and an active member of the Trucking and Product Liability Litigation Groups. Previously, I was an Advisory Board Member for MADD, and on the Board of Directors for the Tucson Jewish Community Center.
