David Anaise

Was very pleased with Dr. Anise as I used him for two appeals and won both with his expert medical opinions. One was for sleep apnea secondary to PTSD and the judge ruled it to be the most probative medical opinion of record, thus the appeal was grated. on the appeal of atrial fibrillation secondary... a different judge ruled that probative weight and evidence is at least in relative equipoise and I won!

Dr. Anaise was a Godsend to me who won my disability case , saved my life and gave me Independence. His dimeanor is serious however, he did make me laugh a few times.
