I had suffered a TBI over 20 years ago resulting in lasting effects of migraines, sleep apnea and had also attributed to the onset of my tinnitus condition. I was recently awarded service connection on all of my claimed conditions as a residuals of the TBI I suffered on active duty. Without Dr. Anais...e’s evaluation of my case and subsequent independent medical nexus option letter I don’t believe my claim would have been successful. I highly recommend his services for they are well worth the money invested for his medical and legal expertise if you want to do this right the first time.

Like many people with a disability claim, my initial disability claim was denied. I started looking online for legal council and was imp...ressed with the published stats (win loss record) of David Anaise. I made an appt and met with David Anaise soon thereafter, and we met for about an hour one day while he reviewed my documents, and medical records. After reviewing my case, Dr. Anaise, agreed to accept my case on a contingency, (if he doesn't win he doesn't get paid). I was impressed with his win, loss track record, and his staff. I felt very confident that he could represent me and get the job done by winning my case. However, everyone has a different personality, and I don't mean for this to sound rude, or derogatory, but in my opinion, if your looking for and attorney with a personality this attorney (David.Anaise), is not a person you will be happy with. He is not a jovial person, nor is he Mr. Personality. I was not looking for a life long friend, instead, I went to him looking for an attorney that could win my case and he did exactly that.
