I retained Dr. Anaise to assist me with a VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after doing extensive research on field experts. Communication with his team was timely and efficient. They answered all of my questions fully, and explained everything plainly. Dr. Anaise took the time to caref...ully review my case before accepting it, then wrote an Independent Medical Opinion based on my military medical records. The work product I received and submitted to the VA contained irrefutable proof, research, and evidence that was overwhelming and clearly laid out. It enabled me to have my claim favorably adjudicated quickly and without additional evidence or documentation being solicited. What an absolute professional and champion for veterans rights, I could never come close to fully explaining how helpful he and his team were. I whole heartedly endorse Dr. Anaise and his team, and hope other veterans are able to use his services for successful outcomes.

Dr. Anaise was fantastic for me. I needed an IMO to help my VA claim. I reached out to Dr. Anaise through email and he responded within 24hrs. He provided me with how he could best help me and what I would need to do. Once I provided Dr. Anaise with all the documents and payment he had provided me wi...th my IMO document in a few weeks. The best thing I truly appreciate about Dr. Anaise was how straight forward he was. There is no fluff, just honesty and a solution. He never wasted my time. This attorney has no business practicing S.S. law! After my initial appointment i never heard one thing from him or his office. I did all the paperwork. When i called the office to inquire about my case the staff were exceptionally rude. They made me feel like i was bothering them. When i was notifie...d about my hearing date i went to see Mr. Anaise. It was the second time i had met him. He definitly didn't know anything about my case and when i voiced my concern him and his staff were horribly rude. I fired him on the spot. I was scared because i was a month away from my hearing. Anyone who has gone through this knows how extremely stressful this is. My future income was dependent on this. I had a complex case, not a simple bad back. I found anouther law firm. They welcomed me, treated me with dignity, and took my case. I met with them every week until my hearing and we spoke numerous times on the phone. They had to catch up on the whole case and all the work Mr. Anaises office didn't do the whole prior year. Needless to say, i received a favorable outcome. Shame on Mr. Anaise and his whole staff!! I can only thank God i fired them and that they DIDN'T represent me in court!
