David. Anaise, ia a practicing attorney specializing in Social Security disability law in the state of Arizona, and he is also an experienced Medical Doctor (MD). Like many people with a disability claim, my initial disability claim was denied. I started looking online for legal council and was imp...ressed with the published stats (win loss record) of David Anaise. I made an appt and met with David Anaise soon thereafter, and we met for about an hour one day while he reviewed my documents, and medical records. After reviewing my case, Dr. Anaise, agreed to accept my case on a contingency, (if he doesn't win he doesn't get paid). I was impressed with his win, loss track record, and his staff. I felt very confident that he could represent me and get the job done by winning my case. However, everyone has a different personality, and I don't mean for this to sound rude, or derogatory, but in my opinion, if your looking for and attorney with a personality this attorney (David.Anaise), is not a person you will be happy with. He is not a jovial person, nor is he Mr. Personality. I was not looking for a life long friend, instead, I went to him looking for an attorney that could win my case and he did exactly that. What he lacks in personality (in my opinion), his staff more than makes up for and all I wanted was an attorney that could win my case.. In sum, if you want a life long friend I DON'T recommend this attorney,..... but if you want an attorney that can win your case then this is the attorney you want to have representing you. Good luck.
