Dr. David Anaise who is also an Attorney and Dr Benham are by far the the best choice for any Veteran looking for representation. I say this with my direct experience of them handling two appeals over the last few years. WON! WON! Dr. Anaise came highly recommended online and didn't disappoint. All I had was a 20-year-old sleep apnea diagnosis and a service-connected tinnitus rating. He was able to write an IMO connecting the two and, 15 weeks later, I was approved at 50%. No C&P exam, no new sleep study required. He is de...finitely THE guy!
