Dr. Anaise was fantastic for me. I needed an IMO to help my VA claim. I reached out to Dr. Anaise through email and he responded within 24hrs. He provided me with how he could best help me and what I would need to do. Once I provided Dr. Anaise with all the documents and payment he had provided me wi...th my IMO document in a few weeks. The best thing I truly appreciate about Dr. Anaise was how straight forward he was. There is no fluff, just honesty and a solution. He never wasted my time. I would, and already have, recommended people to Dr. Anaise. Where all other places (VA Rep, law offices that represent Vets, etc.) told me what I needed could not be done and won, Dr. Anaise found a solution and provided guidance for the path ahead.

I reached out to Dr. Anaise in October 2022 after being denied service connection for Sleep Apnea secondary to PTSD. Dr. Benham immediately contacted me, and I provided the requested medical records and anything pertinent to my case. Within two weeks I had an 82-page IMO that also connected my sleep... apnea to tinnitus. After waiting nearly 16 weeks for the VA to make a decision, I can finally say that I am now 100% rated. In fact, I am also now T&P (Total and permanent). Thank you, Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham! Your expert opinion was undeniable. I just needed an honest opinion, and your IMO left no question unanswered. The whole process with Dr. Anaise's office was extremely smooth. I was mainly communicating with Dr. Benham and she was very professional and courteous. All my emails were replied to and all questions/concerns were addressed. They went above and beyond in helping me with my vase. The IMO written was ...very in-depth, articulated, and extensive. Anaise & Benham, you've found an excellent choice and competent representatives. They were phenomenal to wo...rk with throughout my entire process. I had questions (a lot of them), just as you may. All of my emails were responded to both professionally and timely. The claims process can be daunting so I recommend you do your research and be willing to put in some leg work.
