David Anaise

I fought with the VA for 6 years to service connect my sleep apnea to military service. After the BVA remanded my appeal, I and my attorney decided to bolster my claim and hired David Anaise to author an IMO (Independent Medical Opinion). I had suffered a TBI over 20 years ago resulting in lasting effects of migraines, sleep apnea and had also attributed to the onset of my tinnitus condition. I was recently awarded service connection on all of my claimed conditions as a residuals of the TBI I suffered on active duty. Without Dr. Anais...e’s evaluation of my case and subsequent independent medical nexus option letter I don’t believe my claim would have been successful. Dr. Anaise was a Godsend to me who won my disability case , saved my life and gave me Independence. His dimeanor is serious however, he did make me laugh a few times. I was treated extremely respectful by the Dr. & staff . They prepared me for my case and the Dr. gave me confidence he would win a...nd he did. That's why I wanted Dr. Anaise to take my case, I wanted to win , not there to be entertained. He has complete knowledge of the legal world as well as extreme in - depth knowledge of the Medical field. I never heard of another attorney that had extensive knowledge in both fields. This attorney has no business practicing S.S. law! After my initial appointment i never heard one thing from him or his office. I did all the paperwork. When i called the office to inquire about my case the staff were exceptionally rude. They made me feel like i was bothering them. When i was notifie...d about my hearing date i went to see Mr. Anaise. It was the second time i had met him. He definitly didn't know anything about my case and when i voiced my concern him and his staff were horribly rude. I fired him on the spot. I was scared because i was a month away from my hearing. Anyone who has gone through this knows how extremely stressful this is. My future income was dependent on this. I had a complex case, not a simple bad back. I found anouther law firm. They welcomed me, treated me with dignity, and took my case. I met with them every week until my hearing and we spoke numerous times on the phone. They had to catch up on the whole case and all the work Mr. Anaises office didn't do the whole prior year. Needless to say, i received a favorable outcome. Shame on Mr. Anaise and his whole staff!!
