David Anaise

This attorney has no business practicing S.S. law! After my initial appointment i never heard one thing from him or his office. I did all the paperwork. When i called the office to inquire about my case the staff were exceptionally rude. They made me feel like i was bothering them. When i was notifie...d about my hearing date i went to see Mr. Anaise. It was the second time i had met him. He definitly didn't know anything about my case and when i voiced my concern him and his staff were horribly rude. I fired him on the spot. I was scared because i was a month away from my hearing. Anyone who has gone through this knows how extremely stressful this is. My future income was dependent on this. I had a complex case, not a simple bad back. I found anouther law firm. They welcomed me, treated me with dignity, and took my case. I met with them every week until my hearing and we spoke numerous times on the phone. They had to catch up on the whole case and all the work Mr. Anaises office didn't do the whole prior year. Needless to say, i received a favorable outcome. Shame on Mr. Anaise and his whole staff!! I can only thank God i fired them and that they DIDN'T represent me in court!
