I fought with the VA for 6 years to service connect my sleep apnea to military service. I had suffered a TBI over 20 years ago resulting in lasting effects of migraines, sleep apnea and had also attributed to the onset of my tinnitus condition. I was recently awarded service connection on all of my claimed conditions as a residuals of the TBI I suffered on active duty. Without Dr. Anais...e’s evaluation of my case and subsequent independent medical nexus option letter I don’t believe my claim would have been successful.
