Michael’s good reviews caught my attention and I messaged him about options and estimates for a situation that might require legal action at some point. He replied within 24 hours offering an idea for a legal approach including estimates as well as an excellent suggestion of what should be done befo...re legal action was possible. I messaged back with more specifics, asking for clarification. He again replied within 24 hours. This time, along with clarification, was an idea even more tailored to what I was aiming for phrased in a way so as to keep expectations realistic, update the previous estimate, and point out information to gather if I wanted to move forward. He was delightfully swift in returning messages, a quality all worriers will find especially appealing. His ideas were clear and he was willing to explain anything that wasn’t. Switching legal approaches for specifics, as opposed to one size fits all, was no problem. He worded things to keep expectations realistic, was upfront about costs and anything else that might be necessary in order to move forward. His approach was informative, straightforward, knowledgeable, timely, concise, and professional- All valuable qualities if you are considering hiring legal help. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Boreale to anyone valuing the same characteristics that I do. While I hope not to end up needing legal action, if I do, my guess is I will simply find he approaches my issue with the same straightforward, clear, timely, professional style that he’s demonstrated so far. Just that alone goes a long way towards attaining that tenuous state we all so long for, peace of mind.

I met with Mike Boreale regarding a tenant issue. He listened carefully, gave calm, sage advice and instructed me regarding the law. I hired him to represent me in court. He was completely prepared and did exactly what was needed, no more no less. The case ran over a week or so and Mike and Samit... Bhalala remained available and kept in touch as needed. I have since retained Boreale Law for any future legal issues. It's very comforting to know I have them on my business team.

We consulted Mike on an employment matter. He was a great listener and promptly outlined our options. He authored a demand letter which clearly advised the employer of their failures, the resultant legal ramifications of these their actions, and their general mishandling of my employment. He made str...ong points and left them little "wiggle room". Two weeks later, over the holidays, this large employer with a substantial legal department, capitulated to most of Mike's demands and most importantly, they agreed to pay the exact monetary award that we had asked for. Mike was very conservative on the hours he charged for. In fact he charged us only 10% of what we paid to another local attorney for another dispute with this employer. We didn't win that case, but it gave me a good measuring stick to use when evaluating attorneys. The previous attorney sometimes talked down to me and sometimes seemed to act as an agent of the employer. There was none of that with Mike. It was quite clear which side he was on, however, if I suggested some action that was not legally wise, he let me know and steered me in a more appropriate direction. I've only used 2 or 3 attorneys in my life. Mike is clearly the best, as well as the most professional, most considerate and most honest on fees. I would recommend Mike Boreale to anyone....at least anyone I liked.
