I hired the Piccarreta Davis Law Firm to perform legal services on a Domestic Violence charge that was a complete fabrication from the crazy woman that was at one time in the past... a girlfriend. At the point at which I realized my life was heading off a cliff due to this relationship combined with... my discovery of being diagnosed with cancer, I knew that it was time to get the crazy woman out of my world. In the process of getting this extreme alcoholic female out of my life, she retaliated in a manner I would have never anticipated. I told her I didn't want her using my home as a flop house while she drank herself into oblivion. She got very upset and went into her alcoholic rage. Then she left my house threatening to call the Sheriff to have me arrested. I didn't give it a second thought as she was finally out of my home. Well she did what she said she would do and I was pulled over and arrested on my way to work on a totally bogus claim to Pima County Sheriff's Department. The Sheriff's Department didn't bother to investigate my home when I begged them to do so in an effort for them to see all of the bottles of alcohol this woman had been through over the week prior nor did they have her blood tested for drugs or alcohol when she went to the hospital to make her claim more believable to them. They knew she had been drinking but still I was arrested for supposedly hitting her when she had actually just fell due to her being drunk. It was at that point my life turned for the worst, arrested and thrown in jail on a made up charge by this drunken female house roach. After being released, I went into the hospital for three different surgeries over the next three months to remove the cancer from my throat. Just four weeks after the last major surgery while heavily medicated on morphine to block the pain my Pima County Judge demanded I be in court. I thought it was just going to be a hearing and be reset to a later date given my very serious health condition. It was not... it was the trial. She got on the stand and lied her rear end off. No matter what factual evidence was presented by my then... lame attorney, it was disregarded by the judge. At great expense from another attorney, it was appealed to Superior Court with so much evidence refuting all of her testimony with clear and concise facts it was ridiculous. Still the Kangaroo Courts of Pima County upheld the first judge's incomprehensible decision and off I went to jail for 90 Days. After serving 21 days primarily on weekends due to having to work and having to deal with the severe level of my cancer, I finally hired the Piccarreta Davis Law Firm due to their reputation and a good friend's recommendation. He went head on with the Judge and won my freedom from my unjustified incarceration in this sometimes unjust court system. I feel Mr. Fidel knew that I was innocent of all charges against me after reviewing the facts of the case and went to bat for me like no other attorney I had prior to him.
