also known as Jeff Grynkewich
Tucson-Based Criminal and DUI Defense Attorney
Jeffrey Grynkewich is a Tucson native and University of Arizona alumni who has now returned to his hometown as a well-seasoned attorney. Upon graduating Cum Laude from law school, passing the bar, and becoming a licensed attorney, Jeff practiced law across the State with a focus on criminal defense. As a criminal defense attorney, he has had great success in getting results for his clients, including lesser sentences, dismissals, and full trial acquittals. He has also been recognized in national media for success in the Court of Appeals which ultimately resulted in great results for numerous clients charged with various crimes in La Paz County. Nothing has been more important to him than ensuring his clients’ rights are upheld and protected.
Jeff is no stranger to a courtroom where he not only advocates for his clients and provides advice but also serves as a companion to ensure clients feel they are not going through the courtroom process alone. Equally importantly, when not in court he actively researches his cases, and keeps updated on the current state of the law.
When away from the courtroom Jeff stays active and participates in running, lifting, crossfit and other fitness-related activities. He has previously completed sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons, half-marathons, and (so far) one full marathon. For the times when he is not running around the courtroom, office, or a track, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and engaging with his surrounding community

Honest and fair I felt very confidant with him
I was charged with multiple felonies for obtaining unemployment benefits during a time that I was employed but under a back and forth with the previous employer fighting the states decision to agree I was entitled to payments. I got a letter in the mail telling me I was looking at serious prison time...
Meredith, Thanks for your review :-) It was definitely my pleasure working with you as well and I am happy I was able to help guide you through the maze that is the justice system. While I hope you don’t need my services again, be sure to know that I am here for you just in case and I hope you stay in touch regardless. Sincerely, Jeffrey Grynkewich
