Helpful

I highly recommend Eric Sparks & his office for their practical, workable guidance and outstanding work navigating the intricacies of bankruptcy law. I have worked closely with many lawyers in various specialties over 35 years in small business’ of many types. Finding a law office that has truly avai...lable staff with actual helpful and understandable direction is NOT easy. You will not waste time & money trying to learn legalese; when I had a question about paperwork, process or anything relating to our case the answers came quickly with the support needed to finish. I was not made to feel stupid for not knowing things (after all, I don’t do this work every day like they do). The experts Mr. Sparks works with are fantastic! They wanted us to understand what was being done and how everything worked together to achieve the best outcome for us. This team is calm, practical and tenacious in negotiating with very aggressive creditors. Our case involved personal as well as corporate bankruptcies. There were moments of panic when served various documents, but the experience of Sparks’ office quickly got our emotions in check. Sparks & his staff kept everything straight, never lost site of the ‘big picture’ and was able to create a settlement that was something we could continue to do business with while being as fair as possible to our creditors.
