Good lawyer with a Bad assistant -beware of AMY !!!

Eric ,Eased our fears. He had a strategies that saved us from much loss and heartache. He came through for us when we had an advisory claim filed by a creditor within our chapter 13 bankruptcy .We had no funds to defend this but Eric found us an attorney that would negotiate the settleme...nt offer and take low payments. I would give Eric 4 stars, but he lets his assistance Amy screen EVERYTHING and she thinks SHE is the attorney giving legal advice when she has no right to do so as she knows nothing about strategies and fine legal details etc. So she is often wrong. Eric needs to tell Amy IT IS not her job and to keep her mouth shut. She is also cold ,short and condescending and Just what you fear when seeing any one about debt. But she is Oh so sweet when Eric is in the room during a consultation .She has Eric fooled or he likes her to be this way as it saves him much time? She gave us much heartache and worries while we waited for a response from Eric. We complained to Eric about Amy, but he seemed to brush it off.
