None Better

I have been working with Eric Slocum Sparks through a complicated Chapter 11 Reorganization for nearly two years. During my time working with Eric's firm I have gotten an important though sometimes unpleasant education regarding the process of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. BK is not for the faint of hear...t because the Court must follow the law and though there are some minor legal benefits within the process, the results have been brutal. Through it all, Eric and his legal assistant Amy have been extremely supportive and it looks like I will come out of this unfortunate process with most of my skin intact. From the beginning it was clear Eric has extensive experience in the bankruptcy field. His rapport with my wife and me was calming, reassuring and positive. Amy stepped in at all levels to ensure we understood the legal processes and appropriately followed the Court's rules. Both Eric and Amy have become good professional colleagues and I count them among the important people in my life. I enthusiastically recommend Eric Slocum Sparks and his professional staff lead by Amy as THE bankruptcy firm to engage in Tucson Arizona.
