Español es mi primer idioma y sé lo que es estar en un pais ajeno en un sistema ajeno sin entender la cultura y los derechos que proponen. Mi primer enfoque siempre es mi cliente y asegurar que entiende el proceso para poder apoyarlo en defender contra acusaciones penales. Inmigre a los EEUU de pequeña y eso me da una ventaja en poder guiarlo y representarlo como si fuera parte de mi familia.

I am a dedicated defense attorney who has worked defending people against serious criminal charges for the last 23 years.  I believe that my client's come first and I work very hard at making sure clients rights are protected at every stage.  I am not here to make a name for myself, my concern is you, your rights and your family.  As a long-time public servant I have worked to make sure that the presumption of innocence continues to mean something and that we do not allow the government to take that away or take it for granted.

 I have litigated violent crimes, white collar, criminal immigration, drug charges and sex offenses.  I have also defended juveniles against serious charges like homicide, manslaughter, assault on a federal officer, as well as large conspiracy cases.  I have represented my clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as well.  Your rights are my concern.
