Great lawyer

Hiring Alec was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was charged with extreme DUI and a moving violation. Alec was able to get the charge reduced to DUI in the slightest degree, as well as getting the moving violation dropped. Alec knows the Pima County courts like the back of his hand and is ...a very skilled negotiator. His services are also very affordable; thousands of dollars less than every other lawyer I consulted with. He took most of the stress out of dealing with the whole situation. He provided very clear and concise explanations of what was happening with my case, making the process much easier to navigate. I absolutely recommend his services to anyone dealing with a DUI in the Pima County court.

Second DUI

This was my first time ever hiring an attorney and It was the best decision I could've made.. Alec is an AMAZING attorney but more importantly a wonderful human being. He works endlessly to get you the best outcome and cares about his clients. I hired Alec to represent me for my second DUI case and I... am forever grateful. I got sentenced to 90 days in prison but Alec found a way to get me ONE day in jail and the rest in home detention.

I got an honest answer over the phone

Spoke to Alec over the phone about a speeding ticket. He spoke honestly about the best options in my case. I felt like he was sincerely trying to help me and not just get an easy client.

Highly recommended

Mr Hanus is a skilled attorney who works hard for his clients, and truly cares about them. I hired him last year to quash two warrants from 2007. Alec not only quashed the two warrants, but got both charges dropped. He worked hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and was a real life saver. I... highly recommend Mr. Hanus to anyone in need of an attorney.

Detailed & Informative Consultation

My mother was facing a criminal speeding ticket and we were looking for Lawyers to represent her. We saw that Mr. Alec Hanus was very highly rated. We talked to multiple lawyers to find one that fit our needs. Mr. Hanus was the only one who took the time to really talk to me, hear the details abo...ut the case and give detailed answers to the questions I was asking. He seemed very knowledgeable about the specific court we would have to appear at. He was also fairly priced. Our first pick was Mr. Hanus, but we ended up choosing someone who was closer to us geographically. If in the future if anyone I know needs any legal advice in the Tucson Area, I will be pointing them towards Alec Hanus.
