From my first appointment I knew I had found just the right Attorney. Katherine and her office staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Katherine ‘listened’ to my issues and answered all questions I asked. Katherine and/or her staff promptly answered emails and phone calls. They kept me upda...ted on my case as changes occurred. I was totally in awe of Katherine knowledge and presence at meetings. I can and have recommended Katherine to others.

Just as I was concerned about, once she got paid in full upon hire, her delivery was poor at best. Not professional, prepared, or knowledgeable about my case although I gave her ample information. I feel my money was wasted, I was given poor advice, which wasted money on filing documents that the cou...rt ended up vacating due to her poor delivery of service and lack of sound legal advice. My case was vacated, and my concerns were not settled at all. So, I get an email from her assistant asking if I want to continue my relocation case, to which I said yes. I have also emailed Katherine directly and have yet to get a response as how we should legally proceed. I still have a credit balance as of this moment. I am strongly considering asking for a refund of remaining funds and telling her how dissatisfied I am that I chose her to represent me. My last court date with her was in March, and I've heard nothing from her directly in a couple months. When I emailed her about my concerns with her not being prepared for my case after our court date in March,.she replied in defense and was offended that I brought up money and expected her to know my case. I am both upset and heartbroken because I spent $2000 up front which is all I had in a lump sum to acquire legal counsel and it was a complete waste. Buyer beware....

My experience with Mrs. Kraus wasn't a very good one..I hired her over a yr ago,for a child custody matter..Their were a few times when we went to court but she didn't seem comfortable or prepared..There were times when I called in and if she was available she was helpful.When I explained my situatio...n to Ms.Kraus. I feel she accepted it to get my money..I certainly feel Ms.Kraus could have been,more aggressive and knowledgeable about my case..If she would have done her home work.She would have realized,that I shouldn't have gone back to court.So soon for that matter..I also needed Kraus help shortly after my case went to court but never got any response back.. When I made a number of calls to her office..Which makes me feel the money! I spent wasn't well spent @ all.. I have had this happen a few,times with attorneys saying what they will do but do nothing! Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend this attorney..
