Elizabeth Langford, Attorney at Law

Elizabeth Langford has practiced law in the Phoenix area since 1990. She grew up in Phoenix and attended Arizona State University to obtain her undergraduate degree. She then attended the University of Arizona where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.

Just out of law school, Elizabeth worked as a Public Defender, gaining untold experience and confidence before of judges and juries. She then started her own firm where she practiced for 23 years in all areas of family law as well as consumer bankruptcy. She is well known for her dedication to her clients’ best interests and as an aggressive advocate for her clients and their children.

Elizabeth volunteers as a Maricopa County Judge Pro Tem, offering her time, knowledge and expertise to the court and the family court participants.

By joining the Law Office of Katherine Kraus, PLLC,  Elizabeth is now able to devote her entire day to the practice of law and helping her clients through this difficult time in their lives.

Her extensive bankruptcy knowledge provides her with a unique perspective in family law cases. She knows that finances are most frequently the basis of divorce and helps her family law clients plan for their post-divorce futures. Her goal is always to reach the best result for each client while acknowledging that each client may have different goals. Elizabeth has good ideas and creative suggestions that she can share with you and recommend for your individual situation.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her daughter, her "foster failure" dogs and refinishing furniture.
