Gina Burke is a dedicated Family Law attorney proudly serving clients across Arizona and New Mexico. Based in Arizona’s West Valley, she regularly travels to New Mexico to support families in need of strong, compassionate legal guidance.

With a legal career rooted in real-world experience since 2008, Gina brings more than just legal knowledge to the table—she brings heart. Known for her problem solving, non-judgmental approach, and fierce advocacy, Gina helps real-life families navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives. Whether emotions are running high or the stakes are deeply personal, she offers clarity, strategy, and a deep commitment to achieving just outcomes.

Before becoming an attorney, Gina worked extensively in legal support roles, including as a certified legal document preparer with a focus on preliminary liens, bond claims, and construction-related documents. She later served as a litigation assistant to attorney Guy Bluff, contributing to legal research, trial preparation, hearings, and even accounting matters.

Her legal journey is a testament to perseverance—she completed her degrees while raising three children, an achievement that speaks to her resilience and drive. Inspired by personal experiences and those of close friends and family, Gina found her calling in family law and continues to help real families navigate high-conflict and emotional legal matters with both empathy and strength.
