This is the first and only time I hired a lawyer so my review may not be fair. I felt I needed legal help because I felt I was not being treated fairly by a Recreational Vehicle manufacturer and RV dealer. I felt that communication between MLF and me was inadequate. I was surprised that MFL sent a... demand letter to the dealer relying only on several emails and no direct verbal conversation. The recommendation made to me by an associate lawyer seemed to be based on a naive understanding of how the RV business operated. MFL did not follow up on a promise to meet with me, either in person or telephone conversation to move the case forward. I gave up on the case in a state of frustration.
