Biography
Patrick Monahan is the managing partner of Monahan Law Firm, PLC. Patrick began his legal career practicing real estate, construction, and general business litigation. Over the years, Monahan Law Firm, PLC has expanded to serve clients in domestic relations, personal injury, and estate planning.
You will experience Mr. Monahan’s “person-first” approach once you meet with him. Mr. Monahan’s credo is to treat each person transparently and honestly. As a result, you should walk away from your meeting(s) with the feeling that Patrick genuinely cares for you as an individual, as well as, a sincere concern for your legal matter. His personable approach fosters longstanding relationships.
Patrick is an Army veteran of the famed 82nd Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg, NC. Patrick founded his firm with the same unwavering characteristics developed during his time as an “All-American.”
Outside of his career and on a more personal note, Patrick is a father of two beautiful daughters. His passion for serving others is only surpassed by his passion of faith and family. He is an Arizona native that has a natural love of the outdoors. When not consumed with work (which is rarely), he enjoys a vast array of activities including shooting, hiking, and reading.
