Child custody modification. Mother wanted to obtain sole legal decision making and limit parenting time due to Father's lack of involvement with the child. The child was a teenager and wanted to limit ... his contact with Father. We were able to obtain sole legal decision making for Mother and arrange for a parenting time schedule for Father that required him to step up and obtain services before engaging in parenting time.
