I called a few lawyers and they were beyond pushy. They actually called me back and harassed me until I hung up on them. Mr. Mueller never pressured me and said if you want me fine, if you dont fine. I dont need work that bad. I actually contacted Mr. Mueller about three times before my court date. I... would think he would have needed more information to do an investigation on the incident I was blamed for but was not a part of it. I called Mr. Mueller the day of court but no answer. I called him again from court because it was almost time to start. I dont know how this works Ive never had to do it before. He got there in about five minutes and talked to me in another room and left. He came back and talked again. He wont tell you what to do...but at least in my case made it obvious what I should do. He left again for awhile and came back. He then said you can fight it and face the chances I would be screwed or pay a fine of 289 and get 3 pts on my license...Kind of like saying do you want to get burnt with a candle or thrown into an open fire pit. I thanked Mr. Mueller , paid, left and sang all the way home. What a relief it was over. Now he never promised me anything and I had to pay up front like the other lawyers. One was the same price..he wasnt a lawyer..I dont know what he was. The others were more expensive and told me I would be scammed and repeatedly asked for more money which never happened. He used to be a prosecuter so that was one reason i picked him. He has alot of experience. We initally picked him because my roomates mothers name was Mueller. Luck of the draw. Do yourself a favor and make it easier on yourself and go with Mr. Mueller. Dont listen to the other people telling you it will be more and they will give you a payment plan. If they were do good they would not repeatedly call you back for your business. Mr. Mueller did not ask me to write this and has no idea I have. i just think how stressed out I was facing the loss of my license, possible jail time and a hefty fine. I did have to plea guilty but for a much lesser offense. I hope this will help someone when they need a lawyer. Also I didnt have to be questioned by a prosector...everything was done before I entered...I just said yes I agree to pay the fine. Yes I was accused of doing something I did not do and paid alot for it..but I can resume my normal life.
