I am an attorney but property and bankruptcy law are not my areas. I spoke with Nick today about my situation - losing a home - owing HOA dues - should I file for bankruptcy - how do I know whether I am protected under Arizona's anti-deficiency law - how long could the bank take to foreclose etc...
