DO NOT HIRE BRAD. It was a nightmare working with him. Does not respond, will forward your calls and send the automated text response saying he’s not available. Never returned my calls. I had to chase him down and leave multiple voicemails and emails just to get a call back and nothing. He was also n...ot responsive to the opposing counsel and did not care that we kept missing deadlines that I did not know about but he did. Brad gave me the impression that he folded to the opposing counsel and was on their side trying to convince me to start agreeing and looking at 50/50 schedules which is what my sons father wanted simply to not pay child support. Brad did not care one bit about my case. Sanctions were filed warranting ME to pay my ex’s attorney fees for failing to respond when again I was unaware of. Brad forwarded me the files and emails which also clearly show the other attorney saying that Brad was not responsive. Ridiculous and unbelievable. Fortunately I made the decision to Replace Brad with Blake Holliday who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We executed the court room and won my case!! I don’t want anyone to go through what I did.
