On our Bankruptcy cases, I collaborate with the head of our law firm, Allen D. Butler, who has practiced law for over 30 years. I have experience in representing individuals and small businesses all aspects of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. I have experience in business entity formation, business entity vs. personal liability issues, and general small business issues. I also have a general understanding of business law in Arizona. As a former small business owner, I can relate to the needs of my small business owner clients.
When interpreting and drafting contracts, I collaborate with the head of our law firm, Allen D. Butler, who has practiced law for over 30 years. I have experience interpreting complex contracts such as leases, promissory notes, deeds of trust, sales of businesses, settlement agreements, etc. I also have experience drafting the same types of contracts.
When a client is facing foreclosure, I collaborate with the head of our law firm, Allen D. Butler, who has practiced law for over 30 years. I have experience in the various defenses to foreclosure and I have in depth knowledge on government modification programs and how banks deal with modification applications. Mortgage modifications can assist home owners avoid foreclosure and a modification application is much more effective when managed by our firm. Bankruptcy can also prevent foreclosure
