“In 2/2015, I was temporarily suspended from practicing law for 90 days- the result of a DUI I received four years ago. A disciplinary hearing concluded that my DUI merited no Bar sanction given there were no damages or injuries involved after I chose to self-report the matter to the State Bar. However, the panel's decision was appealed and set aside to temporarily suspended me. As someone who has been sober for many years, I now enjoy volunteering to help those who struggle with alcoholism.”
