Immigration and naturalization issues are quickly moving to the forefront of the legal landscape nationwide. This is particularly true in Arizona, which shares a lengthy border with Mexico. Applying for naturalization on your own, without the help of a citizenship attorney, can be a daunting task. However, with the advice and assistance of experienced naturalization lawyer, you can avoid an unnecessary rejection of your application or, worse at the final interview with the USCIS due to errors.

High quality and prompt work

Mr. Camunez helped me form a LLC. He handled all the legal and practical aspects of the formation quickly and professionally. I have recommended him to others.

Found attorney under a community help area for legal representation

I trusted this attorney because he TOLD me he knew what he was doing. He told me that I was right, and that my case had merit. I asked multiple times for an explanation of WHY he thought this would go to superior court in my favor and I never received an answer. The judge ruled, I lost. Still, no... return call from Patrick. I thhink he presented himself as too experienced, and therefore I trusted him for my case. He should have told me he knew very little about how the superior court worked. I did almost all of the paperwork myself. My papers were to be delivered to my daughter. He mailed them certified, she never got them---she isn;t stupd, she wasn't going to the post office and sign for the legal papers she knew were coming. I PAID a process server. The only communication I have received lately was a few days ago---"the billing cycle is ending, are you going to pay?" no comment about my request. I sent my check out that day to the adress listed online for the office. It came back to my home saying "NO business at this address. I cannot figure him out. I am not a confrontational woman, I wish he would have told me at the start that he was inexperienced and I should look elsewhere, I now need that money to do what my next step is--AT THE SELF HELP DESK WHERE I KNOW THINGS WILL GET DONE. So very unfair. I trusted him.

This client was never promised a specific result. While her case was very favorable with facts ripe for appeal ultimately the judge denied the appeal. I communicated with the client by email and returned dozens of phone calls. Unfortunately in a difficult situation unfavorable rulings do happen, but the client was kept abreast of the status. Everything was filed in a timely matter. Any unecessary additional costs the client undertook were at her own decision. I am sorry the result was not more favorable but a bad result does happen as the law cannot offer a guarantee.
