Biography
I am a native Arizonan (yes, those exist), and returned to Arizona to practice law after graduating from Brigham Young University. My wife and I raised our five children here. I have spent my 25 years as an attorney representing people who have been wrongfully injured in automobile collisions. I have also tried to serve those clients by being involved in orgainzations protecting their rights in the legislature, principally the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, where I have served as president.
I have a "side" mission of trying to help lawyers and other professsionals make healthier lifestyle choices. I turned to marathon running and careful nutrition several years ago, and have now completed 17 full marathons (and counting; likely more by the time you read this!). I would be happy to speak at any gathering of professionals on this subject--not as an expert but as a dedicated participant and advocate.
