Excellent experience

I had an employment issue that involved problems with severance and a non-compete. I worked with Michelle over about two months to resolve these issues with my former employer -- to my complete satisfaction. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the subjects, proactively communicated with me when ...needed, replied quickly to my questions, was clear and fair in her billing, and gave sage advice. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend her to others.

Because you don't know what you don't know, call Michelle Matheson!

Ms. Matheson demonstrated vast knowledge of labor and employment law and the local law community. She strategically guided and advised me regarding the direction to go in with my case and she did so on a continual basis. Michelle was very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails, she was always acc...essable. She patiently explained laws and rights and was able to accurately determine what the employer's position would be in every instance. She empowered me with good information so I could recognize the strengths and weaknesses of my case and therefore we were able to prepare for and pursue the best possible result. It was such a relief to learn that I had rights and that someone very smart and respected among her peers was in my corner. Honestly, having Michelle on my side made it possible for me to deal with an emotionally toxic work environment over the course of many, many weeks. Thank you to the team at Matheson & Matheson!

Excellent Employment Law Lawyer

Michelle is an exceptional lawyer with extremely deep knowledge base in Employment Law. She is very caring about her client's needs and issues. She always gets back timely on follow up items or research on legal concerns. I recommend her unconditionally to others in need of help.

A marvelous person and an excellent lawyer!!!!!

When I was in need of a lawyer I called more than 40 lawyers and only one personally returned my call. Michelle has not forgotten that clients are people and her personal involvement is through the entire process. I found her to be extremely responsive! She never minded my many questions as we went t...hrough a long and emotional ordeal. I find her attention to detail and knowledge of employment law to be extraordinary and reassuring. I have no reservations in recommending her to anyone that has been wrongfully discharged or any type of employment case. After all is said and done I am in a better situation professionally than I was before I needed and employment lawyer. Much of this is due to the confidence I have in myself because of Michelle's counsel and personal commitment to me and my case. Thank you for standing with me and believing in me!

Amazing Attorney with a Heart! Highly reccomended!

I had a very painful loss of a job, and it ended in a manner that I felt was very unfair. My attorney, Michelle Matheson, was not only an amazing lawyer, who has an incredible knowledge and understanding of employment law, she is also a great listener, and a very comforting, and truly kind person. No...t only did the end result of our legal case result in a strong victory for me, it also ended in a way that I felt was fair. I cannot recommend her enough!
