Excellent representation

I experienced a termination from a job held for many years, complicated by a recent diagnosis of a serious medical condition. Michelle explored the options presented by the facts of the situation, clearly explained my legal position, offered some practical suggestions and negotiated what I thought wa...s the best possible outcome for me under those circumstances. Her legal expertise and common sense approach made that happen in a reasonable period of time. I am very satisfied with the result and grateful to have had Michelle represent me in this matter.

Extremely knowledgeable and great value

I was referred to Ms. Matheson for a non-compete question and interpretation. Not only was she thorough, but she explained things logically and in common terms that I understood. She is very personable and down to earth, which made the experience that much better. Finally, her fee was very fair, I ...don't think I have ever used the term "good value" when talking about legal services, but that is exactly what it was. What you get for your money is great information and a genuine concern for your issues. I highly recommend Michelle.

Great Attorney

Ms. Matheson has helped me resolve an issue with a former employer with the best possible results for me, and did so quickly. She is an honest, trustworthy professional, and she really takes the time to listen to what your situation is and analyzes the situation thoroughly prior to acting on it, to p...roduce the best result possible. I had a great experience working with her, and would definately recommend her firm to anyone who needs help resolving an issue with an employer in a timely manner. Excellent Lawyer - Excellent Experience

I have the utmost respect for Michelle Matheson. What started out as a very stressful experience, completely changed direction the minute I contacted her for legal advice and guidance. Michelle is extremely professional and informative. Communications were always handled quickly and professionall...y. I am so pleased with everything associated with my experience to include her office personnel. There is something to be said when you have complete confidence in your lawyer and I always had 100% confidence in every aspect of my experience.

Excellent Attorney!

I met with Michelle Matheson a week ago regarding my employment matter, and I would have to say that I was very impressed by her knowledge, expertise, experience, and wisdom. Without knowing too much about my case prior to our meeting, she was able to size up my case within minutes, pointing out the ...strengths and weaknesses of it. When it comes to employment-related legal matters, which can get very complicated, you need to have the best people working on your case. And I would have to say that her firm is probably the best in AZ when it comes employment law. Highly recommended.
