I had a consultation with Michelle Matheson to see if I had a Wrongful Termination Suit. She explained why my situation did not qualify for that type of a case. HOWEVER, I did have an Overtime case. I was very disheartened when Michelle told me that I didn't have a case for my wrongful termination because of Arizona law, notwithstanding the facts in the matter.
