As a fractional General Counsel and employment law attorney, I work with clients on ABS formation, certification, compliance, and governance—alongside broader support for employment law, risk, and operational challenges.

Through Arizona ABS Law, I advise on regulatory strategy, ethics, and building sustainable legal businesses within the ABS model. I also support companies in developing compliant policies, managing workplace issues, and partnering with leadership to reduce legal risk and drive growth.

My approach is practical and business-minded. I focus on giving clear, usable guidance that aligns with how your organization actually works.

Outside the office, I’m usually watching baseball, hiking, or goofing off with my three kids.
