Biography
I am the founder and lead trial attorney for the Sheston Law Group, PLLC. With over 16 years in private civil practice, I have substantial experience defending medical malpractice and wrongful death claims brought against hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisted living centers, urgent care clinics, and physician groups. Additionally, I have experience litigating cases involving employment discrimination, products liability, dram shop liability, commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, and premises liability. My firm regularly represents all types of licensed healthcare providers before their respective state licensing boards.
In addition to practicing in all Arizona and New Mexico state courts, I am also licensed to practice in The United States District Court for the District of Arizona (2009), The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico (2018), The United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit (2016), and The United States Supreme Court (2017).
