Amazing counsel! Helping keep my family together! Thank you so much!

Having personally worked with Ms. Myers, Esq. on a rather complicated juvenile case, I can say unequivocally that I couldn’t have prayed for better counsel. Not only is she of outstanding moral character, but her incredible knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and experience in dealing with the cou...rts is beyond commendable. Myself, children, extended family, and other parties involved all witnessed her thoroughness, attentiveness to detail, pride in her work, and proactive approach to insuring our success navigating the intricacies of the court system. Furthermore, whenever I became discouraged or fearful, it was Ms. Myers’ confidence, knowledge, and appropriate foresight that put my angst to rest. Thank you sincerely for everything you’ve done Ms. Myers. And may anyone needing counsel during their stressful legal battles know that Ms. Jaime Myers comes highly recommended; she is truly an inspiration and model of what quality expert legal counsel truly is.

Court Appointed Problem

Jamie Myers was my court appointed attorney for Child Protective Services case. Because of her I missed one of the first court hearings. She wrote me a letter dated June 27th informing me I had a court hearing on July 5th. This would have been okay except she did not mail it (postmarked) until July 2...nd right before the July 4th holiday weekend. I received this letter on July 5th after I got home from work that day stating I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment that morning. My daughter was taken by CPS in the first week of June, I have had a couple of calls from her office, asking if I had been served paperwork and another call asking my permission if my daughter could go out of state on a trip already planned by her guardians that the court appointed. As of now, Setember 1st, I still have not spoke 1 time to Jamie Myers about my case. After trying to file paperwork with the courts myself, and being told I would have to go through my appointed attorney to file the paperwork I proceeded to hand deliver this paperwork to her office. The address on all the letters that came from her office turned out to be a post office box at a UPS Store, when I called her office ( of course she was not available to talk) I was given the physical address. I then drove to her office and eventually found it, I then had to wait in the lobby for a considerable amount of time after the lady at the front desk called somebody to come up to retrieve the paperwork, after a while I called her office again and told them I'm waiting out in the lobby to give them paperwork and finally had someone take my paperwork. I have no faith on anything positive comming from her office... I'm in the process of getting the courts to cancel her as my attorney so that in the future I can submit my own paperwork to the court. I read some other reviews left and I have to agree with them, not recommending to use her services....your better off doing it on your own.

Guardian Angel

Ms. Myers was my foster/adoptive son's court appointed guardian ad litem and our guardian angel. I can honestly say that she saved my son's life and I am eternally grateful to her. She and her staff are not only professional but they are caring, compassionate, and dedicated advocates for their clien...ts. I had just moved to the state. I didn't know anyone and had very little knowledge of the system. She explained everything, made time & reached out to ensure I received the extra support I needed. She is incredible in the courtroom... smart, fast, and always one step ahead as an excellent lawyer should be. Ms. Myers advocated for my son for about a year and a half and then was also our adoption lawyer. There was no one else I wanted seated next to us on our adoption day. She is like family because she helped to create ours. I shudder to think of where my son would be today if she wasn't assigned to our case. I wish every foster child could have her as their GAL. She and her staff are truly Angels. I thank god for them and all of Arizona should as well.

Ms. Myers saved my kids!

Ms. Myers was my court appointed attorney. I was falsely accused by CPS and not a minute later I was sitting alone without my children. I was scared, unfamiliar with the system, and I truly thought I would never see my babies again. I couldn't afford to hire a private attorney, and having a court a...ppointed attorney scared me more than going it alone. I never expected the court appointed attorney to work so hard to defend me. You always hear that court appointed attorneys aren’t up to par and don't have a real reason to work hard on the case, this is not how I feel at all about Ms. Myers. It felt like the whole world was against me accept for her. When no one else believed me, Jamie Myers did. She attended all of my court hearings, was very prepared, and got my kids back for me. She was so knowledgeable. My kids are my whole life, without them I didn't feel a sense of belonging in this world. Jamie Myers changed my life and saved my children. Jamie Myers is angel sent from above. I hope everyone can be as lucky as I was and get such a godsend.

Left Me Stranded

This attorney left me stranded just before my court hearing which ultimately led to disaster because I had no business representing myself especially on such short notice. Also walked out during a hearing ultimately putting into motion a terrible temporary order situation.
